I want a Hats by Felicity creation. How can I get one?
Email or phone about any collection pieces you are interested in from the website or social media albums.
I also offer a bespoke service which means I can create a totally unique piece specific to your requirements. I can work with you to match the colour of your piece to your outfit or design something totally new for you. Drop in for a ‘wine and design’ but don’t leave it to the last moment.
I’m local; can I come to the studio to look at the pieces?
Of course! I love to meet clients face to face. My private studio is based Broome. Please contact me to make an appointment.
I like a headpiece that has sold. Can you make me another the same?
No, sorry. Every creation is a one off original. After all, the last thing you want is to turn up at an event with someone else wearing the same piece.
What about returns / exchanges?
We accept returns / exchanges on creations returned within 14 days of delivery providing it has been unworn with all labels intact and in its original packaging. We are unable to offer a refund / exchange on items ‘made on request’, that have been customised or are a bespoke order.
What if an item is faulty?
In the unlikely event that a piece is found faulty I’ll cover all costs involved in exchanging it.
My Hats by Felicity piece has been damaged while I’ve been wearing it. Can you help?
Yes, I will do what I can to help restore the piece to its original self. This will be at a cost.
How long will it take for delivery?
Items sent from Broome can be a slow as a Cable Beach camel, so please don’t leave it to the last moment.

Payment can be made by visa and master cards, eftpos, direct deposit or cash.
